I had an issue with my air conditioning and was moved to another room without hesitation. All of the safaris were great i saw the big five within the first two days. Due to unforeseen weather my day to Kruger was cancelled, however the tour operator sent us to an nearby game reserve where we saw many animals up close and personal. i thoroughly enjoyed myself.”
